William “Bill” Leonard Lehman, 73, of Kenosha, WI, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at Hospice Alliance Hospice House in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
Born on June 22, 1953, in Kenosha, WI, he was the son of the late William O. Lehman and Alberta Burlingham. He was educated in local schools.
On July 26, 1975, he married Debra “Debbie” Vogt.
He was employed as a journeyman electrician until his retirement in 1999. He later worked as a volunteer chaplain at Froedtert South until they eliminated volunteer roles when covid hit.
Bill was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. He enjoyed singing karaoke especially Elvis, and spending time with his friends and family. He played a major role in his grandchildren’s lives. He loved picking them up from school and helping take care of them.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie Lehman of Kenosha, WI; two children, Jason and Nikki (Arnie Walton) Lehman; six grandchildren, Kailey, Dylan, Christopher, and Nathanael Lehman, and Sophia and Silas Macemon; one brother, Mike Lehman; step-siblings, Debbie Mikkila, William “Bill” Bell, Tammy Gray, and Robin Bell; two sisters-in-law, Becky (Bill) Samuelson and Michelle (Jim) Anderson; and other special family and friends.
Bill was also preceded in death by his brother, Chris Lehman; sister, Eileen Lehman; stepmother, Sharon Lehman; and stepsister, Peggy Brown.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in St. George Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Blood Cancer United would be appreciated by the family.
