Obituary
Patricia A. Cosentino-Issleb, 61 years old of Racine, WI, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at Ascension All Saints Hospital, Racine, WI.
She was born December 24, 1964, in Kenosha, WI, the daughter of the late Peter and Patricia (Perugini) Cosentino.
She is survived by her four children, Tommy (Melissa) DeMoss, Vanessa Issleb, Rachel Issleb and Richie Issleb; sisters, Tina Cosentino, Mary (Jeff) Clary, and Michele Ventura; brother-in-law, Gary Ventura; six grandchildren, whom she loved very much; three nieces, two nephews, one great-niece, and two great-nephews, as well as many friends and extended relatives.
In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by an infant nephew, Andrew Michael Cosentino.
Per Patricia’s wishes, no services were held.
