Laura Jean Lentz, 66, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2026. Laura was born on February 10, 1960, in Fontana, California, to Joan Riddle and John Fisher. She was raised in Upland, California. She graduated from Valley High School.

Laura later made her home in Iowa, where she enjoyed a successful career as a Banquet Hall Coordinator for the State of Iowa. For the past 15 years, Laura resided in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Laura was one month shy of 10 dedicated years at MKE 5 Amazon Fulfilment Center. During her time there, she formed many meaningful and lasting friendships with her coworkers, who became an important part of her life.

While Laura found fulfillment in her career, her greatest joy was always her family. She treasured every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Laura's love for her family was unwavering. She will be remembered for her kind heart, generous spirit, and the deep love she gave so freely to those around her.

Laura is survived by her children, Jennifer Lentz and Mark (Dawn) Lentz; grandchildren, Savannah Delaney, Julianna Lentz, Jeffery Lentz, Mark Lentz, Jr., Landon Lentz; great grandchildren, Novaleigh Rosado and Nacielly Rosado; and brother, Turk Grdjan. She is further survived other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her brother, Scott Fisher.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at Proko Funeral Home.
