Vincent Ray Kratzer

Vincent Ray Kratzer, 80, of Kenosha, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2014, at United Hospital System-Kenosha Campus with his family at his side. He was born April 8, 1934, in Morrow, OH, the son of the late Robert and Edna (Ross) Kratzer and was educated in the schools of Ohio. He has lived in Kenosha for the past 40 years. He had been in the United States Army. In 1981 He married Corana Conley in Kenosha. He was an Electrician at American Motors/Chrysler Corp. for over 30 years, retiring in 2001. Vincent was a lifetime member of the VFW; he also enjoyed watching football and studying history. Surviving is his wife, Corana Kratzer of Kenosha; his four children, Toby (Jenny) Kratzer of Kenosha, and Vincent (Michelle) Kratzer, Jr, Mary Allison (Bob), and Kimberly Kratzer, all of Ohio; eleven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Grover and Robert Kratzer. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd, at Proko Funeral Home at 12:00 noon. Visitation will be held at Proko Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
