Thomas P. Sebena, 66, of Kenosha, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2014, with his family by his side at Lakeview Specialty Hospital in Waterford, WI. Tom was born in Kenosha, WI, on December 11, 1947. He was the son of the late George and Eleanor (Litke) Sebena. A lifelong resident of Kenosha, he was educated in Kenosha and at the age of seventeen, Tom enlisted in the United States Army, where he earned his High School Diploma. He served from 1964 until 1968 with thirteen of those months in Vietnam. On July 11, 1969, he married Mary Jones in Kenosha. He enjoyed running and golf in his earlier years, more recently he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, going to casinos, watching sports, and having coffee with friends. Tom retired from MacWhyte Wire Rope Company in Kenosha after an over thirty-five year career. After retirement he earned his Associate Degree in Accounting from Gateway Technical College. Tom is survived by his wife, Mary; his two children, Dawn (Aaron) Deline and Brandon Sebena; and five grandchildren, Rhyann, Devin, Macyn, Riley, and Aiden. He is further survived by his siblings, Joann (Mike) Neal, Carol Sebena, Bob (Catherine) Sebena, and George (Linda) Sebena. A visitation will be held at Proko Funeral Home on Sunday, February 23rd, from 10:00 a.m. until the memorial service at 12:00 noon.
