Mark Douglas Schumacher, 72 years old of Kenosha, WI passed away Saturday, November 9, 2024, at Casa Del Mare, Kenosha, WI. He was born March 1, 1952, in Kenosha, WI the son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Mullally) Schumacher. He graduated from St. Joseph High School, Kenosha, WI in 1970, and went on to serve in the U.S. Army from 1972-1974. Mark worked as a carpet layer while living in Texas, and was a commercial maintenance manager in various states. He also worked in construction in Illinois and Wisconsin, and was employed as timekeeper for the power plant in Pleasant Prairie, WI. In his free time Mark enjoyed reading, watching movies, and working on his computer. He also took on remodeling projects for his family and friends. Survivors include his brothers, Curt (Deb) Schumacher, Paul (Kim) Schumacher, and Keith (Linda) Schumacher; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by a brother, Tom (Mary) Schumacher. Interment with military honors will be held privately in Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Union Grove, WI.
