I only knew Marty for the last 5 or 6 years we were introduced by our wifes at the time and I did not know what to expect when I did meet him. I found out that he was just a wonderful kind man that like to do many of the same things I did and we both had many of the same good memories of our past although we did not even know each other. We totaly hit it off from the begining and I considered him a friend. I would text him on the holidays and he would always text me back something cool. I was very sad to hear of his passing and I will pray for him but I think he was a good and kind soul so I think he will end up where he wanted to. A Friend,Michael Del Conte

I think it was 1990ish and I was working for a small but very busy air freight company. We were growing fast and needed another body in our operation. This young guy walks in with a smile ear to ear. We told him the hours were long and if we eat it's at our desk. We did not sugar coat any of the job description. He kept smiling and said "I'll take it, when can I start?". I said sit at that desk and welcome aboard. I don't think we even had him fill out an application. He jumped right in. He was energetic and a fast learner. Above all he had a good sense of humor and fit in with a close knit group of hard chargers.Through out life people come and go. Marty learned the business and moved on to do quite well for himself. I'm sure Teresa had a lot to do with it. We all know behind every good man is a good women. Even though Marty left the company he stayed in touch with us. Although Marty has passed, his memory will live on.
