Andre E. Sawyers, 51, of Zion, passed away on Wednesday, September 5, 2018, in Kenosha. Born in Waukegan on April 10, 1967, he was the son of James and Betty Sue (Lovelace) Sawyers. Andre was an outgoing, loving, and caring person. He loved watching movies and playing basketball. He was a beloved son, father, brother, uncle, companion, and friend. Surviving is his soulmate, Dawn Butterworth; children, Nicole and Devin; a loving sister, Sonya Sawyers; four brothers, Darryl, James and Dennis Sawyers, and Ronald Turner; a special nephew, DeShawn; and other relatives and many friends. I am so sorry for the loss of your beloved Andre. This is never easy to face, in fact death can be viewed as an enemy. That's how our Creator Jehovah views it as according to 1 Cor. 15:26; which says, "And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing."
