My sincere condolences to Frank's family. I just found out about his passing today.I had the privilege of knowing and doing business with Frank for over 35 years. He was a very well respected member of the national stamp dealer community. He leaves a void in his specialty of US coil and booklet stamps, and I will greatly miss our regular conversations, and our annual bets on the Packers Vikings games.Rick WolfeCrosby MN

Jan,May God comfort you during this difficult time. I always enjoyed Franks presence at church. He showed me that no matter how difficult life would get for him, he would "Just Keep on Fighting." May Frank rest in peace with the Lord in heaven and may God keep on blessing you. Love, Denise DeLabio-Sorgio

Jan - I was so sorry to read of Frank's passing. We had some great times and laughs together and I will always treasure walking the district with him in his aldermanic campaign so many years ago. Frank was an inspiration to me. I will miss his kindness. RIP my friend.
