Bob Nelson was the principal when I taught six grade at Lincoln Elementary School in the early 1980's. I have to say that he was one of the best principals to work with due to his outstanding leadership skills. He expected the teachers to do their jobs well and be student centered. He always looked to improve our school programs, and he was an approachable as well as a wonderful human being. My thoughts and prayers are with Bob's entire family.
