Russell John Dirks, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully at home on December 29, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Long Beach, CA, he was the son of Kenneth and Cathryn Dirks. He leaves behind his loving wife Karen of Kenosha, sons Robert (Jennie) and Steve (Sarah), daughter Amy (Mark), grandchildren Korbin and Oliver all of Richmond, VA, his mother Cathryn of Anaheim, CA, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Russ enjoyed spending time with his family, boating, travel and was an avid Packer fan. A funeral service will be held in Richmond, VA, on Sunday, January 4.
