Obituary

Cheryl Lynn Roders, 53, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at United Hospital System-Kenosha Campus with her family at her side. Born in Kenosha on April 20, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Marian (Slater) Roders, Sr. She was a lifelong resident of Kenosha. For many years she worked as a cashier at Great Lakes Naval Base. She loved animals, pets, bowling, socializing and the Green Bay Packers. She enjoyed family picnics and gatherings. Surviving Cheryl are three brothers of Kenosha, one sister of Toledo, OH, one niece, a great nephew and many cousins. She was preceded in death by one brother. The family would like to give a special thank you to all the staff at United Health Care for their assistance with Cheryl. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 25th, at Proko Funeral Home at 2:30 p.m. Interment will be private at St. George Cemetery.
