To Marchella Porter, Sorry for your lost. It has been many many years since I first got to meet your family. Butch was still a kid and you and I were working at Great Lakes Naval Hospital. I am sorry we did not keep in touch. It would be nice to renew friendships. Again you have my sincere sympathy.Judy Gates Floodjudyflood@sbcglobal.net

Butch may have been a son-in-law by name but in our hearts He was a TRUE SON.Since the day he joined our family 30 years ago he has always treated us with great respect and love and was always ready to help with anything we needed. His greatest gift to us was his unconditional love for our daughter,Debbie and their four children and grandchildren. He always put them first even before himself. He took good care of them his entire life.We will miss our son the rest of our lives. And I pray God will mend all of our broken hearts.
