Cori Lokelani Madsen, 44, of Kenosha, WI, passed away on

Monday, April 20, 2026, at Froedtert Medical Center in

Wauwatosa, WI.

Born in Abilene, TX, on July 21, 1981; she was the daughter

of Leon Mariano Chapman and Brenda Farley. She attended

University of Wisconsin Parkside and earned her bachelor’s

degree in Environmental Science.

On February 26, 2006, she married Paul Madsen.

Cori loved animals, the Green Bay Packers, reading, and

watching the television shows Friends, Fraiser, and Psych. She

enjoyed spending time with her husband, taking care of the

house and her beloved animals. She cherished her two dogs,

rabbit and guinea pig. She was a proud vegetarian.

She will be incredibly missed by her loving husband, Paul

Madsen of Kenosha, WI; her parents, Leon Mariano Chapman

and Brenda Farley; and her sister, Kerri (Tony) Keyte.

Cori was preceded by her brother, Steven Corey Chapman.

Private services were held in accordance with Cori’s wishes.
