Obituary for Billy Esposito

Billy Esposito
Billy C. Esposito, 69, of Pleasant Prairie, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 4, 2017, at Aurora Medical Center in Kenosha.
Born in Marano Principato, Province of Cosenza, Italy, on February 7, 1948, he was the son of the late Gerardo and Christine (Gentile) Esposito. He immigrated to America in 1954. In 1967, he graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School and went on to serve his country in the U.S. Army.
On October 31, 1970, he married his childhood sweetheart Linda Andersen in Kenosha.
He was a proud and dedicated market manager for Jewel Food Stores for 40 years, retiring in 2007. Billy enjoyed being with people and loved having fun. He successfully owned and operated “Esposito’s Bar And …” where Bill’s philosophy was everyone was welcome. He enjoyed motorcycles and old cars. Most of all, Billy loved his family and spending time with them.
Surviving are his wife, Linda Esposito of Pleasant Prairie; two children, Christopher (Krissi Binninger) Esposito and Lisa (Brian) Hirsch, both of Kenosha; a brother, Frank Esposito of Kenosha; six grandchildren, Brianna Hirsch, Justin Hirsch, Kayla Sellman, Cody Esposito, Kennedy Sellman, and Hunter Binninger; and three great-grandchildren, Noah, Isabella, and Gemmae.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his in-laws, Elmer and Edna Andersen.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 8th, at Proko Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
